	What is the business of Inplace Building Services? Our business is interior design and building services in the residential and commercial fields.
	How do I book for a consultation/quotation? You can book an appointment by calling us on our mainline number, 0845 658 8263, or by completing the form on the left, where upon receipt, one of our members of staff will contact you within 24 hours. Please note forms completed on a Saturday may not receive a response till the following Monday.
	What is your lead time on jobs? It's often difficult to predict as it depends on the size and type of work. However we do aim to commence work on a project within two weeks of being commissioned.
	Are quotations free? Most quotations are free, except in cases of residential building projects where the respective accommodation is not yet owned, but in the process of negotiation for purchase. For all other types of scenarios, residential or commercial, quotations are free
	Do you do early morning and evening appointments? Yes we do. Our office hours are between 8am and 7pm, but we do understand that you may not get home from work before 7pm so we can often extend visitation hours outside our office hours for quotations. Please contact our office to discuss a suitable time for you. We can also arrange visitations on weekends.
	What areas do you cover? We cover most areas in London, however we suggest you contact our office to discuss.
	Are you competitive? The short answer is YES! We track the labour market prices in order to deliver the best estimates to you. However do remember there are plenty of cowboy builders out there and you're most likely to fall into their hands if you base your choice of builder on price alone! In addition to being competitive, we also maintain a high professional standard, coupled with excellent workmanship, as evident in our testimonials sections.
