inplace Architecture services range from initial feasibility through to detail design and production information followed by contract administration and on site inspections.

We deal with all aspects of planning permission and building regulations approval and we have long established contacts with other consultants such as Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors so we are able to offer comprehensive coverage of the entire design process.

Building
inplace building team are specialists in all types of building work. We are masters in taking any building project - from loft conversions to full home/office build and refurbishments - from start to finish with minimum fuss to delivering exceptional results.

Our builders are members of the FMB (Federation of Master Builders). What that means to our clients is a very professional service during and post project delivered by highly skilled specialists tradesmen and professionals.

Surveys

inplace experience with building and party wall legislation matters under the current Party Wall etc. Act 1996. means we undertake partywall surveys on behalf of the Building Owner and the Adjoining Owner

Where appointed by the Building Owner our party wall surveyors can advise and arrange to prepare / serve all necessary party wall notices, make any necessary appointments, arrange to agree matters and issue appropriate Party Wall Awards / Party Wall Agreements.

In all cases we act with due care and in a spirit of co-operation between parties, liaising with the respective owners and appointed surveyors to reach satisfactory party wall agreement.
